Andrew Buck, CIC, is a Certified Insurance Counselor with a passion for helping clients find thoughtful, comprehensive insurance solutions. As Property & Casualty and Commercial Manager, Andrew works closely with clients and his team to understand their needs and provide dependable coverage and guidance.
Andrew’s goal is to help create a single home for all of the insurance needs of the incredible clients the team already has the privilege of serving through healthcare. He takes pride in building lasting relationships, working alongside a team he enjoys every day, and making the insurance experience as straightforward and personal as possible.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his two incredible kids, following sports, and getting outdoors. He brings that same enthusiasm for people and community into his work every day.
Sara has an extensive background in the health and fitness industry and enjoys helping others with their healthcare journey. She is an animal lover with a Great Dane named Big Mac Daddy, a Duck named The Ducktator and a Chicken named Chick Norris. Sara is happiest outdoors hiking and gardening. If Sara could be a be any dinosaur, she would be a Quetzalcoatus.
Jazmine is passionate about helping protect what matters most, one client at a time. As a Customer Service Specialist, she is dedicated to providing dependable service, building meaningful relationships, and making the insurance process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, has three beautiful daughters, who are her greatest joy and motivation. Originally from Pennsylvania, she now proudly calls Oregon home—and absolutely loves it there! She enjoys being outdoors, exploring all that Oregon has to offer, discovering new places, and embracing every adventure along the way.
Michael Peacor is passionate about making complex healthcare and insurance processes more accessible and efficient. Combining a practical mindset with an interest in technology and innovation, he focuses on solutions that improve both operations and the customer experience.
Outside of work, Michael is involved in Scouting America, working with young people to develop leadership and life skills. In addition, he is very active in the Ham Radio Community where he is an Assistant Emergency Coordinator with the Lane County Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES), helping our county be ready to communicate in any form of disaster, as well as being involved in local clubs.
Tracie Al-Nasian brings a strong passion for helping others and a customer-focused approach to her role as a Client Service and Support Agent. While she is new to the insurance industry, Tracie brings valuable experience working with people and providing thoughtful, dependable customer service.
Tracie holds licenses in Health, Life, Property, and Casualty insurance, allowing her to support clients across a broad range of insurance needs. She enjoys building relationships with clients, answering questions, and helping make the insurance experience as smooth and positive as possible.
A West Coast native, Tracie enjoys traveling and experiencing different places and cultures around the world. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her creative side through art, including painting and sculpting, as well as spending time outdoors hiking.
Dariian enjoys helping clients navigate their coverage and simplify the insurance process. She brings a friendly, detail-oriented approach to her work and takes pride in making sure people feel heard, informed, and that their insurance needs are met. Outside of work, she enjoys music, eating good food, spending time with friends and family and hanging out with her two cats.
